About the Practical Skills Seminar

The Practical Skills Seminar is another key, and required, part of the Leadership Programme, offering a counterbalance to the intellectual rigour of the moral philosophy seminars. The aim of the training is to provide Scholars with a thorough grounding in the essential skills required for success in their academic study and future careers.

The Practical Skills Seminar provided me with a comprehensive package of communication skills that were designed to increase my effectiveness inbuilding useful relationships and utting across the positive reforms that I have to contribute to the world. Coupled with this was a splendid opportunity to establish relationships with highly accomplished professionals in a beatuful establishment that has a rich history.
